Knaggs Developers Ltd. is one of the fastest growing Project & Construction Management companies in Trinidad & Tobago. Formed in January 2005 by Mr. Marcus Knaggs and Mrs. Janine Knaggs, the Firm is committed to promoting excellence in the professional discipline of Project Management within the Construction Industry.

We believe that Project Management may be defined as “the overall planning, co-ordination and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality standards.”

Mr. Marcus Knaggs is Managing Director and was educated at the University of Edinburgh where he qualified with BSC (Mechanical Engineering) - 1992 and Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen where he gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies - 1994. Having moved back to Trinidad in 1996 Mr. Knaggs has 10 years direct experience in Project Management involved in various residential, commercial and sporting facility projects. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad & Tobago. In addition Mr. Knaggs completed a contract with EOG Resources in 2001/2002 for provision of services regarding the overseeing of an Offshore Drilling Programme both offshore and onshore.

Mrs. Janine Knaggs is a Director and was educated at Brasenose College, University of Oxford where she read Law and qualified in 1994. She attended the Hugh Wooding School of Law and passed the Bar exam in Trinidad & Tobago in 1996. In 2001 Mrs. Knaggs graduated from the University of Miami with a Masters in International Tax Law (LLM) and is currently the C.E.O. of Granite City Consulting (Trinidad ) Ltd. which publishes the Trinidad & Tobago Energy Guide and is a sister company to Knaggs Developers Ltd.

Marcus Knaggs – Project Manager / Construction Manager
Mr. Knaggs has 10 years direct experience in Project and Construction Management having worked on projects in Puerto Rico, St. Kitts, Antigua and Trinidad & Tobago. Prior to the formation of Knaggs Developers Ltd., projects that he was involved in include:-

• Larry Gomes Stadium, Malabar, Trinidad - (10,000 seat all purpose stadium built for FIFA Under 17 World Cup)

Joseph Lazzari – Assistant Project Manager
Educated at Lancaster University Management School, United Kingdom, where he qualified with Master of Science in Project Management – (2008) and University of New Brunswick, Canada where he qualified with Bachelor in Business Administration – Upper 2nd Class Honors.

Ennis Lawrence – Site Supervisor - QA/QC
25 years experience in the construction sector with main focus on maintenance services, particularly electrical.

Ansel Lewis – Site Supervisor – Clerk of Works / Safety Officer – Fully trained OSHA Safety Officer
20 years experience in the construction sector at a supervisory level.

Portia Thomas – Document Control Administrator
Professional Administrator with over five (5) years experience in that field, with a unique combination of expertise in Administration and Document Control.

William Biswah – Safety Officer
A qualified Health, Safety & Environmental Officer (HSE) with over (20) twenty years experience within the Industry, with skills and training in OSHA General and OSHA Construction.

Deocharan Denesh Samlal – QA / QC Site Engineer
Experienced QA/QC Civil Inspector having worked on several Construction Projects, including the successful completion of Multi Million Dollar Landmark Projects and Quality Control Projects.
